About me

About Me

I began my career studying how people make decisions in high-pressure environments, first in gaming and then in business. Over time, I became fascinated by the patterns behind good judgment, and I started documenting my own choices in writing to understand what led to better outcomes. That practice of keeping a decision journal shaped the way I think, work, and build projects.

I spend my days exploring the intersection of writing, systems thinking, and the internet. I like breaking complex processes down into simple, repeatable steps that I can apply to my own life and work. I use writing as a way to clarify ideas, challenge assumptions, and see the second-order effects of the moves I am considering. My work is informed by years of building businesses online, collaborating with ambitious people, and watching how consistent habits compound over time.

I care about developing practical frameworks that help me navigate uncertainty with more confidence and less noise. I am drawn to environments where clear thinking matters, where incentives are visible, and where long-term orientation pays off. When I approach my work, I look for leverage, pattern recognition, and ways to learn quickly from feedback without getting attached to any single outcome.

My values center on autonomy, craft, and experimentation. I enjoy designing my days around deep work, reflection, and building things that can scale. I see writing and decision-making as skills that can be improved deliberately, and I treat my own life as a laboratory for testing ideas. Through this lens, I keep refining how I organize information, how I use technology, and how I align my actions with what matters most to me.
